Lol! Nice! I was just doing that tonight with the DSC off... pairing with a buddy's 2008 Impreza WRX. Chasing is fun.

Don't US models allow high beams and fogs at the same time?!

no Jon, the thing is to get the drift before the curve, and drift thru the whole curve :D

Tell me again, why this is cool?
Looks as dumb as a box of rocks.
Seems like a place where you could really damage your car.
Sorry just my opinion on ANY type of drifting.

well russell, i've been drifting for some 4 yrs now, i never wrecked my car, my ex 320i was twice scratched during missed drift, and 525i never. the damage on the ex 320i wasn't even visible. 525i like i said, never got scratched or bumped during drifting.

why is it cool? i love the feeling of going sideways.
dumb? ok, i love it.
place is dangerous, i agree, but if you have any skills and know what you're doing, no worries.
no problem, opinions welcome :)

Powering through snow is just fun. At the very least, you aren't chewing up yer rubber eh? :) Sometimes being silly, within reason, is fun.

i agree. snow drifting is one of my favorite activities with my bimmer, i love going sideways....

like you said, you don't hurt your tires, and if you know how to drive, you aren't damaging your car, as you would in normal drifting (tension of the whole car throwing it sideways).

The person who owned the car before me switched the connectors for the front side markers with the front foglights, as a result anytime you have city/parking lights on, fogs would be on as well.
