I've upgraded to 16" wheels, the label on the door frame only gives tyre pressures for 15" and metric equivalent sizes.

Do I inflate to the same pressure as the 15s?

Since the 15" and 17" recommended tire pressures are the same...I would assume that the 16" tire pressure is as well. At least, its a good place to start, then adjust according to your own personal taste and safety. :)
