I unhooked my battery to reset the trans and when I went to hook it back up I heard a few beeps a constant clicking from under the dash. The red LED on the dash is blinking now too (looks like one for an alarm) and the car won't even try to start. WTH?! HELP!!!

You probably need the BMW alarm code. got to your local dealer or parts department and get the code from them

Where would I enter such code? It's a '92 so it's not EWS.... Is there a way around this b/c I have class, and by the time I'm out, the dealer will be closed and I need the car tonight!

You enter it into the radio. Does it say code on the radio when the key is in the ACC position?

Don't have a radio...

Whatever it was, I figured it out....Well not so much figured it out as I got it to deactivate. It's an aftermarket something with 2 buttons on the bottom of the dash. Whatever it is, it's coming out SOON!
