97 540 wipers

Anyone ever have to replace wiper module? Wipers don't work, fuses good, motor works when wired direct, switch works. Relays appear to be working. Any suggestions?

Arent the wipers controlled by the GM under the rear seats?

Have a rummage under there and unplug the larger of the black units under the rear seat and reseat the connectors on it.
