Going on Roadtrip, Noticed One of Calipers is missing a Clip please Advise

This is drivers side REAR caliper.. I noticed the clip is missing .. D

Is this going to cause some wear problems? Is it safe to go on a road trip (2000 mi) or should I have it replaced first?

No worries on the clip...pad won't fall out. Clip just helps pad from rattling around.

Yeah, it just keeps the caliper from rattling around. If you drive with your window open, you may hear it. You can pick one up at the dealer cheap. It just snaps on, you may not even have to take your wheel off.
