I'll be working with Ka Real Estate which is owned by my father.

Congrats! Now you can help people sell their house in their time of need. Remember, with this type of business, extra service and advice on selling and buying tips goes a long way with customers (buyers and sellers) and repeat customers

Learn tips on HGTV about this stuff... helping sellers goes a long way and faster sale... meanings extra padding in your pocket.

real estate is beyond definitive words right now in california.it's not so much the price of the homes,it's the lenders being so tight that most buyers are eliminated based upon their credit history.you are boarding the titanic but it's like you are bringing your own liferaft because you have a great beginners attitude which you will eventually lose like virginity.their is no way of avoiding it!.if i could give you any advice it would be to represent the high end $!$!$! listings.lower client volume but good money.your dad will be pissed i said that. make it happen!!! bones.
