What is this hose?

Is this a drain hose for the air conditioning?

I believe it connects to the drain tubes that come down next to the tranny.

It's located on the passenger side in the foot well. (There's an identical one on the driver's side too). I discovered it when I took off the carpeted panel to begin replacing my interior cabin air filter.

I connected it again...I don't know how long it has been off. the PO likely never noticed. :(

Yes, that is the condensation drain hose from the AC.

I wonder where all that lovely condensation has been going with that hose popped off...for who knows how long!

I don't have any visable water damage or musty smell so maybe I'm very fortunate.

If it's so hot you're using your A/C, it's probably just evaporating. Your floor will still be as hot as outside ambient air temp, which considering your exhaust and tranny are right there will probably be pretty darn toasty. Wouldn't even sweat having a little water dripping down there.
