Need help with Trans Prog problem

The Trans Prog light comes on dash every time the speedometer exceeds 65 MPH and tach over 3000 rpm. I have changed the tranny speed sensor by the output shaft and had tranny seals changed per BMW bulletin for adaptive case leak/pendulum shifting.

Any ideas?
