Front seat removal

Ok so I got my Bently and I did some minor searches...so other than move forward and unbolt and un cable do I need to know anything? Any other tutorials?

Also do I have to do the seat belt tensioner thing I cant find the dam screw and "indacator"

The tensioner isn't very visible until you lift the seat forward. Then it'll be clear. As for the 'screw and indicator' I didn't find them and just went ahead and all was fine.
