Passenger side window rolls the seal

Everytime I roll up the passenger side window the glass catches the edge of the seal and rolls it up in the window. Is there a fix for this? If I mash down on the seal and then roll up the window again it goes up fine. But the next time I roll the window down and back up it does it all over again. Is there some trick?
