Wheel Makes - Reputation

I saw prices for RTX Wheels (150$ CAN for 17") on the net (In Mirabel for those locals). I think they are locally made, and that may be why. I sent an e-mail to ask them what alloys are used and where they are made.

I wonder what reputation RTX has, and also for TSW.

Any thoughts and suggestions for makers welcomed.
