$12,000. 110,000 miles. Repainted original color and all new leather interior 4 years ago. New tires, shocks. Needs a little work but the leakdown was really good along with the clutch and trans.

It looks very clean and straight, it must be a blast to drive. Also, the attention you will receive in that car will make you feel like you spend $112 000 .

The attention I've been getting is mainly from the cops around here.:)

Hows it feel while accell./cornering/braking?

It feels much better than I thought it would for being 28 years old. Clutch is a lot heavier (almost put my foot through the floor on the 540 after not drivng it for a week). Brakes and cornering are great. Acceleration is quick but you have to have it above 3000. It does feel strange sometimes if you think about having the engine behind you. You can really feel it push you through corners. I have only been able to feel the back end wanting to come around me once so far. On the highway it's really smooth which surprised me.
Best of all is the sound coming from behind you.

nice,

my bro has toyed with selling his 83...it's damned near show quality with all the resto he's done.

of course it having my favorite colors and a cabrio is really tempting....but more as a loaner and not an owner...never really perfected the wischen (sp?) basically the 911 old school drift

Wonderful. My parents have been looking for an older model like so, but always need to hear that they still run good if maintained.
