Well I got off my lazy ass and threw on the M-tech sideksirts and finally waxed my new paint. The exterior is almost finished except for tint, maybe a small trunk lip spoiler, and the lower door moldings that I have to buy all over again because ANGRYPANCAKE on this site ****ed me over, then it's on to a 4.0 and 6 speed swap (and I bought an e30 lol)

Here they are:

Looks great! So great that I have to ask, why are the bottom door seals black or why isnt the fender strips black? I thought I would find more than that dammit ;) car looks superb.

Awesome pics. Are those rims Style 32's? They kind of look like them but kind of not at the same time, are they OEM?

Good work on the M-tech skirts, I like the pic with the rays of sunshine kissing the bodywork the most :D

He said that he still needs to buy them in the first post (angrypancake allegedly ****ed him over somewhat with at least the lower door mouldings).

The fender strips are part of the side skirt (unlike the un-skirted cars where its a separate piece). As was already said, he's still waiting on appropriate door moldings.

BTW, i need to get a set of moldings too. Let me know if you find a really good price.

And Andrew, the car looks phenomenal. Give me till the end of the year, mine will look like that too.

As Alan said, the 2 little strips on the fender are part of the skirt. I bought the 4 door moldings, but Angrypancake (Nat) decided to be a worthless scumbag piece of **** and never send them to me along with several other people he ****ed over.

Great looking car!

Why are you going with the Magnaflow 14815 in particular? Just curious...

looks great.
Those plastic door mouldings are expensive, then you have to paint them, and they are extremely difficult to rotate into position, which they need to be to look right.

You will have to strip all of the rubber residue left over from the soft mouldings before you even attempt to install the m-tec ones. They absolutely will not rotate into position with that goo on there. You will be tempted to use a hammer, but make sure it's a rubber mallet or they will crack and then never rotate right, which is what will happen with used mouldings.

It does finish the car beautifully though. Don't forget your plastic clips for the skirts. 5 on each side, again new from patrick is best.

well done!
