The M3 is not a little car. It will weigh more than our e34's do - and it will even weigh more than my 2 door Lincoln did. Quite the bloated machine. The days of lightweight sports sedans from BMW are long since past. The e46 M3 weighed 3400 lbs!!

Does that mean they'll put a V12 in the M5 now? I wish they would stop teasing me. Shogun found one in Germany, but the V10 matched it for horsepower, so I don't know wtf is going on. 650 HP V12 in a M5. Is that too much to ask? It these 3 series guys can splatter themselves into the grill of a 18-wheel MAC truck, why can't I?

Hmm.. I just read Roundel. I think Dinan is releasing this. A 620HP V10 M5. There is hope.

Dinan says it will be released at the end of this year, and out run every naturally aspirated road legal car except for the McLaren F1. Page 77 of Roundel June 2007.

Before that they have a whole write-up of how they made the lightweight V8 engine for the M3. Like I give a ****, but anyhow. The M5 is in for some serious power.

If I have to resign myself to driving an M5 computer... Sign me up!!

You can drive an M5 with only one lung, and one kidney right?? SO how do I sign up to the human organ-dealing page on www.blackmarket.com...

Surely I can sell a kdney and lung of a non-smoker for enough $$ to fund an E60 M5??

To be honest I'm not crazy about this car...actually I don't like it at all far too ugly and I guess it sounds ok but I prefer the sound of a Big 6.
