Bitch and a half of a job. Followed the writeup here

http://silverstone.fortunecity.com/ferrari/464/engine_coolant.htm

My $0.02 additions:

- Disconnect battery.
- Undo starter motor cable for pass side drain.
- Either be smart and not futz with the driv side. I guess it might have been smarter to then replace the drains and fill, start car, flush a couple times with distilled water.
- Or if you're determined to get the driv side drain, get a 3/8 or 1/4 flex head handle (not ratchet) and the shallowest 13mm socket you have. This just fits over the plug and clears the header. Crack bolt open. Undo by hand. All this for enough coolant to wet the bottom of a drain pan. Ah well. Lesson learned.
- Pour about 7 or 8 gallons of distilled H2O through with drains open.

My fav line. Installation is reverse of removal.

Can I just drian (only at radiator plug) and fill and drain and fill for 10 times then recalculate the mixture and add the blue coolant, assuming 100% H20 is already in the system?

An alternate method might be to drain from rad plug first. Then undo lower coolant hose from motor side and drain from there (suggestion on roadfly). Close back up. fill with distilled h20. run car for couple min. Drain. Repeat as needed until drained fluid is clear.

Keep heater on full blast when running car.
