first equipment quality brand flex coupler, ****ing god damn mother****ing piece of ****, they suck ass too, got in a e36 328ia with a knocking center bearing so we change the bearing and do a flex coupler too, some of a bitch still knocked, used driveshaft, son of a bitch still knocked, ordered a rebuilt shaft, son of a bitch still knocked but the shaft had 9 thousandths run out (enough to see!) another rebuilt shaft, this ****er knocked but just barely at first, noticed the new coupler had spit a few threads like it wasn't wound properly before having the rubber molded onto it, another feq coupler and replace the wimpy turd center bearing that came on the rebuilt shaft, lasted a few days then started knocking, i start ****ing around with the shaft and discover the 2nd new coupler is spitting thread like the first (yes i know they are directional) in goes a dealer lemforder coupler which is much stiffer then the feq pos, i can bend the feq almost 45 degrees and just barely budge the lemforder, car is fixed. did i mentention that first equipment quality

****ing sucks?! between me and chuck we probably had the driveshaft out 6 or 7 times maybe more over a pair of **** defective new parts

Do you guys eat the costs or can you send them back as defective?

oh we can defect the $63 worth of shitty flex couplers but the labor and aggravation of dropping the exhaust and pulling the shaft better then a half dozen times over about a collective 2-3 days of wasted time that could of been spent doing billable work.... you can only charge the customer for the first time if it's not his fault

yea but if it's attached to a used maxipad of a new guibo it's still a exercise in futility, you bolt the finest hand made carbon fiber epoxy foam filled mercury balanced shaft to this rank ******* of a doughnut it's still worthless

What brand are these shitty parts? May be we can avoid them in the future.

"first equipment quality" is the brand, i can't find a website so maybe it's a couple douche bags in a garage molding these turds outta stolen bicycle parts and used rubbers from the porno theater

i wanted to light the bitch on fire and **** on it but was unwilling to spend $32 for the privilege, not much pisses me off more then a defective part line wasting my time, except maybe faulty service procedures, for example i got dicked around a while back on a diagnosis of a bad shifting EH zf in a 735, mitchell on-demand had the wrong pin out for the plug on the tranny, so it looked like it had a bad solenoid and it cost me a couple hours to pull the pan and get at the solenoids, to find out that the pin out had a couple wires in the wrong position after the solenoids all checked out and i had the tranny harness in my hands to figure out what was wrong with the pin out (diagram)

It's a good thing you didn't pay good money for the Mitchell on-demand service!:D

Ain't nothing like being led astray by a service manual...

Of course, if it were any other shop, the customer WOULD have been billed the 5-6 times needed to drop the exhaust ;)
