I have noticed that when I first start my bimmer it has a miss. The miss will continue until the engine is really warmed up and I stop the car for 5 to 15 minutes and shut the engine off. If I get back into the car when it is still warm and start the engine there is no miss. Whats up with that?

Read it carefully.
The price of 37 $ is for shipping to GERMANY. I selected that cause someone in Germany asked for that. You have to switch to shipment within USA at the bottom, and that says
US $12.95 within U.S.
