Looks better than my POS old one I that even after a good scub still looks like crap.

the only variances that I've seen have been the oil cap location and the mount for the intake support bracket.

This one looks just like mine, But I just polished the raised ribs and letters. Check my profile, you'll see a picture of the motor.

I'd just cleaned it really well, fine sanded the raised parts with wet & dry paper and a block, polished it with a dremal tool and sprayed it with some hi-temp paint. Just before the paint fully cures (still soft, but not wet), run a new razor blade accross the raised stuff to remove the paint.

Let dry for a day or so, and polish the whole thing with some good car wax.

If you're having trouble getting the grime off, brake cleaner works well.

Don't bother with polished unless you want it to haze up and suck in only a few months. Polished items require frequent polishing. The only way to keep it looking new is to clear coat it.

Don't know if it fits your m20 but it sure looks nice! I'd hit it :D

It's hard to tell but it looks like it might work on the M20....
