Well I found out that most of my problems with the locking mechanism was the crappy little plastic grommets. Took out the handle mechanism and the door lock and found out that the grommets were either gone altogether or were cracked. Replaced all of the grommets with Delrin that I machined on the lathe. These should last 100 years. Now all I need is to replace the driverside rear actuator. Took this jewel apart both motors are a solid block of rust.
