Yes, it works 100%.
I am selling them here in Japan and the seller is a member of this board.

Can-bus your car does not have.
Can bus = Controller Area Network

and remember:
(Remember the SRS system on your BMW needs to be functioning properly in order to reset the SRS light. If the system detects a fault on any of the systems sensors a reset without replacement of those failed components is not possible.)

What is a fair price for the reset tool? What would you charge to sell/ship to the US?

I do not sell them to USA, as I already had to pay freight from Germany to Japan, import duty and value added tax.
And shipping from Japan to USA is also costly, in addition you might have to pay import duty and customs / taxes etc.
Fair price?: that is an auction, so what ever people believe it is worth.

But one hint, the Peake airbag reset tool costs price $ 129.99, but it does not work on your car:

Models available for most BMWs built between 1994 and 2003 .
Displays all SRS fault codes, tells you what's wrong.
Resets the "SRS" Light.
Very, very easy to use
Low cost ($129.99)
