Need m-tech mounting part numbers (kinda urgent)

Well I got the paint guy to pay for the mounting items for my m-tech skirts, but I really can't find a complete COMPREHENSIVE list that explains everything I need, down to the last 12 cent grommet. If anyone knows I would be very appreciative. I already have this write-up, but I need something a little more thorough. Something along the lines of:

part number 12345678 (x8)
