Trans program after Intake Gasket R&R

I replaced my intake gaskets, pcv, water pump, etc etc... on my initial startup I received the infamous trans program message and my tranny stays in limp mode.

Also, the Traction Control light stays on... what could I have done to cause this?

Solved:

by switching two cables --I crossed the cables going into the throttle body... switched them around and problem went away.
