If i had to pick, i like the 4th picture and some in the 5th picture, other then that i would only do it if my car was pretty enough to get such flashy things, or it matched the paint somewhere else :P

Black for the win. Although some of the more colorful ones look nice too, they'd be more suited to a modified engine rather than a stock one. Especially, as mentioned, M-stripes on non-M engines.
