Profile picture not being displayed

What is the problem? It is on my profile page and is 100x68 pixels. Is the server not accepting any new pictures? I have been playing with this for 2 hours and it doesn't work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think profile pics won't show up in threads, only on profile pages.

Signatures have to be stored off-site such as webspace given by your internet provider, or some free image hosting site.

I think I got it. Now all I have to do is figure out how to make the pic smaller. I hate computers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
