Sorta OT: New Keychain

I always needed a bimmer keychain, so I picked this up for 15 bucks.

for the last few years my keychains have been 8 meg sticks of ram, but they kept breaking off.

I have a cap/ring from a hard drive spindle on mine... I avoided a CPU or mem stick 'keyfob' due to size :)

Sorry I don't have photos; but at the moment I have the original BMW leather one that came with the car, and a smaller lightweight ///M carbon fibre one from BMW.

I had a small nice one with a small BMW logo on it; but I can't find it!!

The thing is, these keyrings go for about AUD 80 from the $tealer.

Before this keyring I had a 30-pin 1MB stick of RAM, but the chips kept on snapping off. Also people used to ask me all the time if I soldered it myself (ahh... no?!)

I've got a few keys for a few houses on my keychain so it's not as clean as all of yours.

I do have it all hooked on a carabiner so I can put it on my pants, it's so nice sometimes.

Oh, I've got two keys - one for the doors (big w/light) and one for the ignition(small and black)...
Don't ask because I don't know - previous owner thing.

I bought one of those light inserts for the large key, but I think it JUST burned out yesterday..
damn.

I have half a dozen of these, plus a huge assortment of ACS decals, emblems and junk. I save the keychains to give away to close friends who buy bimmers

This also says why I have so many ACS designs on the car in and out.... it's because I have so many. If I had to pay for them, then it's a different story.

Lmao, my old geography teacher used to do that - attached a 6ft piece of wood to his keys cos people kept walking off with them...
