My car is experiencing an erratic electrical problem. Last night I drove off in my car and locked the four doors as I do normally from the driver’s side. But as I drove for about a quarter mile the doors all of sudden popped up and unlocked. So I pushed it back down to lock and it popped up again and unlock. This happened a couple of times. Then all of a sudden the clock went out and when I tried to lock the doors only the driver side would lock and I noticed the light leds for the windows went out also. So I wasn’t able to open the windows. I also checked the wipers to see if they would work and they didn’t. The radio also went dead. Another crazy thing is when I tried to adjust the seat it didn’t work also but it would say on the dash that my door is open every time I would press one of the buttons to adjust the seat. After driving for a while the clock light came back on and everything started to work normally but then it turned off and everything started happening again.

Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this issue.

There is a fuseable link located next to the battery. Replace it. Here's a link that will explain what you need to do.

Thanks!

The link is cracked. I went to Autozone and Advanced Auto and they don't have the link I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow to get it from the dealer.

Thanks again.
