Trying to do this among other things at the moment. Can someone confirm the wiring of the unit. There are four terminals on the starter motor.

- there's a white wire from the block to the most right hand side terminal, 10mm nut
- a black wire with a blue tag on the end going to the top terminal, 8mm nut
- the two largest black wires go together on the most right hand side terminal, 13mm nut
- and the bottom terminal get a skinny black wire.

Is this correct guys?

just worry about the 13mm, 8mm and the one you didnt mention(10mm)...why are you "rewiring" intermittent faults>???

the white 13mm one stays where it is on the block side of the starter unless you are taking the solenoid off the starter, the 2 13s go in the outer stud, the 8 and 10mm each get a respectively sized wire

Thankyou again Winfred. I think I did it right.
