The part # 13627547981 is the same for the whole series of 535

Yes, for sure. So long as the Motronic is 1.3 it will fit and work (ie e32 and e34). I am not sure but e32 735s may have a slightly different spring but I doubt it- and if they do it won't make much differnece anyway- on an old e34 it may even improve things.
