These must be 125 replicas. I wasn't sure where they got the design from. Kal Tire sells them for $180. I was thinking about picking up a set but I bought used Style 5s instead. I think they might look pretty good.

Can you get Style 125s that would fit on the E34???

M-pars for 2 reasons, first they are classics like our cars, second the 125s suck when it comes to balance weights, your choice is to only balance the back of the wheel (Like my e31 wheels) or have the weights clearly visable.

bet you didnt think about that did you? I didnt and now have to accept improperly balanced wheels.

im a fan of M-pars, its just a timeless design that goes perfect with our E34's...

125's look cool but more like a 3-series wheel to me. M-Pars are hard to beat.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Style 5s aren't really MY first choice for my car, but I do like them better for the reason above on your car. Yeah, there are a few with the same, but if you think about it - it's not as common as one might assume, it's more the ideal than anything else.

M Pars go with the overall design theme of our cars much much better. And really, there aren't that many e34s out there with M Pars on them. Despite my affinity for these wheels, I still voted who the **** is Winfred.

i love the look of the M-pars (that's why im on my second set!) the 125s look a little more up to date. (but i hate wheel weights!)

if i had my time again though id be very tempted bt the Alpina Dynamics. http://www.performancealloys.com/details.asp?procedure=wheel&id_wheels='Alpina%20Dynamic'&id_wheels_manufacturers='Alpina'&id_wheels_sizes='19x9.5'&price='388'&permission=424697649 (http://www.performancealloys.com/details.asp?procedure=wheel&id_wheels=%27Alpina%20Dynamic%27&id_wheels_manufacturers=%27Alpina%27&id_wheels_sizes=%2719x9.5%27&price=%27388%27&permission=424697649)

just ignore the Mini, it doesn't do them justes! find a Z4 with them fitted... C!... would like to see them on an E34

I don't quite understand. I have 5 split-spokes and they just tape strips of weights along the inside-center of the rim. Sure, you can see them if you look, but it doesn't detract from the appearance. I guess I don't understand how these two styles pictured differ in this respect?

Its virtually imposable to 100% accurately balance a dished wheel. Because the balance machine wants you to put the weights on the out most edge of the rim. When you then place the weight inside the spokes it’s actually weighted in the wrong place.

The 125s seem to have a large lip design and you really don’t want to stick the weights on the outside.
