Can't say for our fivers, but they are the cats meow on my cosworths suspension - super good quality, and overall good value for the money, and not having to replace them again is priceless.

I would say *harsh* get ready for serious suspension damage and olongated bolt holes etc. get the M5 bushings, I love em in Nika.

The guys over on m5board.com like them. Edit: You have never experienced harsh untill you get some steel bushes in there.

I'm still running them after two years, but you get sick of them after a while. I don't want to feel every imperfection on the road.
