My 535i computer displays -35F whats up with that?. Do I have a temperature sensor that is bad?

yeah, it's broken or disconnected.

So which one is it. Is there a test to find out which one it is?

Check the wiring to the sensor. if its all intact I'd say the sensor is broken.

But arn't there like a half a dozen sensors throughout the car?

not under the front bumper behind the "foglight cover" that has a little hole in it there aren't.

Stand in front of your car. On the driver side of the bumper, next to the foglight you will find a plastic cover with a hole in it. This is the where your external temperature sensor is housed. If you run your hand along the edge of the cover, you'll notice a small button you can press in and the cover will pop out. Then you can access the sensor and its wiring. There is, BTW, only one ambient temperature sensor. HTH

check the wiring of the sensor if its ok buy a new sensor thats probably it
