Clutch for 530i -> 540i transplant?

I'm in the final stages of collecting parts for my 4.0 swap into my 530i. The only thing I am hung up on now is the clutch. Does anyone know what will work and be the best on a budget? I'd like to spend no more than $250 on the clutch if possible.

e39 m5 clutch? The 530i clutch is 240mm and the e39 m5 clutch is also 240mm...

Are you mating the 4.0 engine to a 5 speed?

Friend of mine in the UK runs a 530 V8 Touring with a 4.0L lump in it with the orginal clutch . 5 years on, many laps of the Nurburgring and 1000's of miles being used as a tow car, it's perfect and hasn't given any trouble.
