I myself have been discussing with wifey about buying this car as I so seldom see an E60 6 Cyl with a manual tranny. Just thought I'd share with the team!

It's got leatherette seats, very basic, but is certified, and priced reasonably.

Model 0450 530i USD 44,900.00
Color A08 Silver Gray Metallic N/C
Upholstery KBSW Black Leatherette N/C
Options ZCW Cold Weather Package 750.00
248 Heated steering wheel N/C
494 Heated front seats N/C

1CA CO2 relevant vehicles N/C
Net Total 45,650.00
DESTINATION CHARGE 695.00
Total Suggested Price 46,345.00

It's got 28k miles

No biggie, just thought I'd share.

Sounds pretty good, but I might wait to find one of the 2006+ models. I think those have ~260hp vs ~230 of the first two years.

The 2006 530's have 255 HP, and the '04 and '05's have 225 HP.

Another reason I'm atracted to the older (225hp) engine is long term maintenance. It's tried and proven. The new one, with Valvetronic, is a great engine too. And really, no problems so far coming up with it here at the dealership (I've asked some of the techs).
