Parts/needs TLC car in the UK

Saw this on Pistonheads and was very tempted for some of the parts alone. M5 wheels,LSD, sport bumpers, M5 sport leather seats, M-Tech 2 wheel, M5 sill plates and stack sof other stuff. You could swap out all the good bits and still sell the car on after. I so want to the wheels and diff, if only I had the space.....

This definately has some good parts on it, leather and wheels are worth the price alone (assuming the leather is good)
