Didn't find what I wanted in search... people have posted in the past about places that sell specialty tools for BMWs, any one recall any of those places?

Specifically I need the M12x1.0 puller tool for the rocker arm shafts.

TIA,

Robin

Looks like http://www.baumtools.com/bmw_catalog_2006.pdf has the slide hammer tip with M12x1.0 thread PN W910A on page 7. They don't seem to have the entire slide hammer though. You can probably rig something up though.

According tp the TIS, BMW PN's are 11 3 050 for Rocker Shaft Drift and 11 3 060 for slide hammer. Both are made by SWZ.

Thanks Paul - ended up getting one of those, a rocker arm, rocker arm shaft and a new valve. Man, any specialty job you do for the first time is a PITA. Next time though, I'll be all set.
