Where can I find a complete electrical schematic for a 1989 535i. All of the schematics I have seen so far in manuals and on-line are incomplete. They don't even have color coding of the wires. I am trying to understanding the heater/blower/sword (final unit) circuitry. The Bentley manual only has a very basic layout of component. Schematics on-line

for the sword only show the wiring for the motor (black and brown) and one lead into the sword (black/blue). There are two other wires that are not explained (blue/red and yellow/green). What do these wire go to? Any one know where I can get a better set of wiring schematics or a better explaination of the heater/blower/sword circuitry?

Same problem not enough information on wire color coding and really no detail on the sword/heater/blower system.

Who uses English any more? English is so, like, 1999. Anyone got an owner's manual in Sanskrit? I need one.

Indo-European is so passé - what about Sumerian? ;-)
