And I was just thinking I could put my wheels on a little early while waiting for my hub rings to come. I suppose after reading this I should just be patient and wait to put them on.

What kind of wheels?

I ran 235/45/17's without hub rings for a month. Given the choice of wallowing around on the stock 15's or living with some vibration and no wallowing, I went with the vibration.

Put them wheels on ;)

Fronts are 235/45s, so I guess I might be okay.

I just got the car back together tonight and took it on its first drive, but have a bit more work to do to get it 100%, new wheels are at the bottom of the list (even though I can't wait to get them on). By the time I get to the wheels, I'll probably have the rings.

Can't get to it now though, been spending way too much time away from the SO and too much on the car. Car can wait :). Thanks for the experience though.

I got craaaazy vibration without the rings with my wheels. I thought maybe I could live with it until they arrived...but no, not at all.
