Thanks for the heads up. I appreciate people pointing out cheap ebay deals.

On the other hand, my girlfriend would kill you if she found out that you influenced me to purchase more car stuff and take the car apart in the garage again :)

They're bid up to $56 with still an hour ago. I agree it's a bit pricey for used springs. I think I paid $325 or so for a set of 4 brand new M-Tech springs a couple years ago, thru Maximillian's.

Still working on your parking brake problem. I haven't had mine that far apart in a long time and have completely forgotten what it looked like inside. Could be the rotor screw snagging on something like you said. All I have is this lame pic of the left rear which doesn't show squat:

you might be able to photoshop it to brighten it a bit & see if there's anything there.
