Car pulseless and breathless

Stefanie has been going trough batteries, i am on the third walmart replacement because somehow she keeps eating them, especually when its cold, but it is not cold, and she started fine last monday, today, thursday, i go to unlock, and when just the drivers door unlocked i knew right away that the battery was dead.

went and got the booster pack, hooked it up, then as i have done many times, proceeded to start, but this time, it never cranked, the dash lights didnt dim, the starter didnt engage, it didnt even click, indicating when the booster pack is low.
what the hell is going on??

starter relay broken???

I looked in bentley to locate the starter relay, but where it said it would be, i have no relay... there is no empty slot so its not like someone stole it.

all help is much appreciated

Check in the e-box if there is power at all.
Maybe the fusible link or a main ground cable broken, my assumption.

i tested the fusible link by attaching the booster pack onto the battery. everything turned on (dash lights etc) but still no ignition.

it feels jsut like when you have a code set on the car, where you can turn the key to ignition position, but it just wont do anything. please help!
