If it's good enough for Kirk it's ok by me! Especially if it's gold:D

That is just stupid money for that car! Amazing.

Who wouldn't pay stupid money to sound like a douchebag by bragging about who used to own their 535? Or how much faster it is with that "full power" engine. Mine's only mostly power.

Ridiculous, I agree. For that price there should be one of his oscars bolted to the hood.

Although, if true, I do appreciate that Kirk owned the car for 17-years. Must have given it to the cleaning lady to drive for most of that time.

all you need now is a dentist to match the bitemarks in the pencil to the bitemarks in kramer's arm...

something about the position of the rear wheel bothers me. maybe my car is just tired and lower than it should be, but kirks car,the rear wheel looks slightly too foward and a bit too high. or should i just have another beer and look again?

i never really understood overpaying for something due to the former owner unless they left something of value in the car, "oooo kirk left skid marks on the seat wanna sniff"

Seems to be no end of stupid money for stuff like this. At least it's low mileage and not some ratty junk. Maybe worth 70% of the price.
Anybody remember Lorena Bobbit? Her car, an Escort or some similar shitbox was at an auction I attended along with a sign on the drivers window indicating this is where "it" was thrown out. I don't recall if or what it sold for but the seller was certainly expecting a premium on this "celebrity" car.

Maybe his son Michael borrowed the back seat a time or two (or a thousand). Sharon Stone's DNA might be in there?

My parents' E32 735i used to be owned by Mike Ditka. He traded it in on another BMW prior to my parents purchase.
