Excellent point. "The Borg says" just doesn't sound right. How about "The Borg said". That sidesteps the whole singular-plural problem.

"The Borg say" is correct.Borg is the plural of Borg just as Deer is the plural of deer,quail of quail,sheep of sheep etc...
