help with ac

I've notice whenever i turn the air on in the foot area it blows warm or hot air only.even if my dials at the cold position but my main front vents blows cold air.Is this normal? thanks in advance

If the dashboard and the windscreen vents can both be made to blow cold air, and only the footwell vent won't blow cold air, then it seems like one of the flaps (that controls whether warm or cold air comes out) is stuck on the footwell vent.

only the main vents blows cold air...footwell and widscreen blows warm/hotair...what could be the problem?how could i fix it?
