Hey All,

I tried a search on this but couldn't locate anything. . .

I am picking up a pair of passenger side doors, front and rear, and a tail gate tomorrow to replace my dented/rusted items. In nice diamantswartz too so no paint required :D

Anything i need to know before attempting to change them over?

I am hoping the wiring harnesses are plug and play for the power windows etc. The lock is not an issue because i have a keyless entry alarm. I'll just leave well alone and ignor the fact my key won't be compatible. I may have a go at swapping the tailgate lock tho.

Are the doors adjustable for fit via the hinges?

Any tips for interior trim change over as this is bound to be different?

All advise greatly welcomed as i have no technical manuals for the car. Am looking forward to having the car dent and rust free :D

By the way the parts are from a std 520 and ,as you may guess from the name, are going on my 525 sport.

Thanks,
Roger

to hold it and bolt it up and some wood or plastic shims to help align it up evenly.

I'd strip the doors down to help with installation then put the panels back after all is algined up.

wiring all look about the same, but don't toss the old doors incase you need a plug or two.
