How do you disable it??
I have a e36 325i with a 3T alarm fitted. My old fob got lost with my house keys so i bought a new fob and a programmer off ebay to reprogram the new fob.

The problem is the programmer wont work while the alarm is armed. When I open the car door the alarm goes off and the prgrammer says 'LED still lit or communication error' When i try it on my mates car with the alarm disarmed it works fine.
Cost me £80 for the box.. gutted.
any help much appreciated.
