I've been sitting on a new pair of Meyle rear subframe bushings for a while and picked yesterday to replace them. That was a pretty intense job! Of course I chose to do the backyard hack method...sawzall to get them out, weight of the car to get them in. I didn't pull the back seat out, just worked underneath. Proper tools? HA, I laugh at proper tools! Okay, it was a hard job but they're in, and my car doesn't clunk and bump anymore. Moral of the story...try and find the proper tools, it will probably take less than 5 hours and your body won't hurt today. If your not up to doing it yourself, pay someone.:D

Big difference in feel with fresh bushings?

I have some Powerflex units on the way for mine (urethane front ca bushings too). Should be an enormous difference in feel!
