My 540 saloon, sadly, isn't fitted which such an item. Can I retro fit a genuine BMW part no problems ? I've seen cheaper bars on ebay,but I like the idea of the removable part and the flap in the bumper to hide all the gubbins.

's about $500 from a westphalia dealership in the UK. Dunno what the shipping as I am having it installed on elekta before it's shipped over here. Comes with removable tow bar and wiring harness. That 303# is the PN

Thanks all. Looking at the online ETK, looks like Westfalia was an O/E supplier to BMW for this part and also one of those listed on UK eBay.
