When I pull the ICV out to clean it, is there anything in the line I should worry about. Is it fuel or air? And do I need to worry about anything getting in the line like air bubbles? Is it pressurized?

nope. just disconnect the clip and pull it out. spray it with some brake cleaner and shake it and dump.

No. It just regulates air flow. There's nothing in the line to worry about except air.
