Nice weekend drive

Went camping with my brother this weekend and took the old Trooper II. The drive is real nice. I had to pull over several times to allow motorcycles to pass me. I also had a group of 50 or more Mazda's pass me. To my surprise most of the people waved or beeped thier thanks. I am not a hater nor did I feel it right to ruin the road for other drivers. If you have ever driven a 4cyl Isuzu Trooper you know what I mean.

I've owned two VW aircooled campers (one was a '74 Bus and the other an '81 Vanagon). Believe me, I know lived "slower traffic keep right" when heading over the pass. I had to drop it down to 2nd gear with it full of gear and another person or two.

Hard to beat the comfort while camping though, it's like taking a hotel room with you. :)
