OK, I made up my mind to sell it...

Asking $40 + actual S&H of your choice (no hand delivery unless you are in EL Paso TX though)

According to PO (mike at OCWHEELWURX.com) it works, but the remote was misplaced while I was picking the car up in Cali.

Completely uninstalled, no wires hacked up or cut.

Will contain:

Brain unit, brain mounting bracket and screws, Main Alarm wire harness from the connector aft of the battery to the brain with LED lead pigtail.

Also included are the Glass break microphone, and the complete undamaged rear of console plate with the factory LED and the glassbreak mic holder factory installed.

Again to the best of my knowledge, this unit is 100% functional and needs only a remote.

additional pictures of any component can be provided if requested.

Would be a great replacement if your unit is on the futz, or add a remote from ebay like the ones below and have a full factory alarm if your vehicle is not yet so equipped.
Figured I'd give forum members first crack before I ebay it.
