Hi,
I am going to change fluid and filter car has 200kms and fluid was last changed with Shell la2634 @ 130kms. Am not sure if was changed @ 90kms when the short block alusil was done. My concern is do I get the 25/liter Shell fluid or can I use the Penzoil MVATF or the Valvoline MVATF, checked both of there sites and they said could use their product.....my issue is will their oil mix with the left over la2634 in the torque converter. Would hate to screw my trannie what do you guys think? - Have read most of archives and am still leary.

Regards,
Kuly;)

I've changed my ATF with Royal Purple Max ATF and it shift better than before. This is over 3000 miles ago. I think it is time to do the second round of ATF change to get rid of also all of the the old Shell ATF.

Stick with Pennzoil MV ATF. It is owned by Shell and I believe it is same fluid. I changed out mine almost completely when I did my valve body rebuild... I put in nearly 12 quarts about 5 years ago... still running strong with no problem.
